The excitement: as partners, materials are custom-selected and designs are created and refined. All the tools of the trade will be employed: CAD drawings, inspiration photos, design boards, sample materials to touch and feel. Resources and partners are employed. Anticipation builds.

A civil engineering background and ten years of corporate experience come into play. With an extraordinarily detailed, organized and customer-focused approach, a comprehensive project scope document specifies all the minutia of the remodeling plan.
