The location was perfect on the 18th fairway. The view of the pool and golf course was fabulous. My client had the foresight to “see past” the Old World décor of the previous owner that most definitely was not a fit for my client’s design style.
With a couple months lead time between closing and move in date a total transformation took place. The entire home was remodeled including the life center of the home: the connected kitchen, nook, wetbar and family room.
In the family room, new oversize porcelain tile floors, a floor-to-ceiling tiled fireplace with a clean line mantel, a larger ceiling fan and soft light-filtering solar shades set the backdrop for new art, accessories and furnishings. A very practical hide rug, an inviting leather sectional and a bold pop of color in an original art work combine for a very livable and frequently used gathering space.
