Just In Time for 4th of July

A functional and beautiful new outdoor kitchen… the perfect combination for a 4th of July celebration… conceived and constructed in just under a month.

The starting point:  this outdoor kitchen was not built to code and was therefore unsafe and unusable with 4th of July just around the corner.  Add to that, space was limited – no room for a mini-fridge or ice chest and poor ventilation reduced volunteers for the grill.  A portable Weber was filling in.

The finishing point:  by removing an overgrown shrub, additional space was created to move the grill to the outside wall expanding the enclosed serving space. New stainless appliances and storage were added to the sink and prep area.  A natural stack stone cabinet front and backsplash with a granite countertop blend beautifully with the home’s stucco exterior and are outdoor practical.

Let the fireworks begin!
